Bertrand-Xavier Corbi Actor
Bertrand-Xavier Corbi is a native of Paris, France.
After moving to Los Angeles in 2007, Bertrand-Xavier quickly made his on screen debut, appearing in numerous short films, web series, international commercials, cable and network TV shows — often in lead roles.
However, 2016 proved to be a turning point when he was cast by the legendary Francis Ford Coppola to portray Alexander Graham Bell in a live cinema experimental project “Distant Vision.” That same year he was cast opposite Luke Hemsworth, Trace Adkins, Kris Kristofferson and Bruce Dern, co-starring in the Western “Hickok” directed by Timothy Woodward Jr.
Standing a towering 6’6” tall, some 230 pounds, sporting a fiery red beard, this high school rugby player has had no trouble in parlaying his imposing physical attributes onto the screen playing a biker, inmate, lumberjack, Viking warrior and even a comical witch hunter’s henchman in the popular Disney children’s show “Bunk’d”.
In 2018, the 5150 Action production team and Saban Films, helmed by Mike Gunther, Andrew E. DeCesare and Mike Day, recognized his physical presence and undeniable charisma by casting him as the wisecracking French special forces explosives expert, Jacques, in The Rogue Warfare trilogy available on Netflix.
Bertrand-Xavier stars alongside an international ensemble composed of Will Yun Lee, Rory Markham, Jermaine Love, Katie Keene, Fernando Chien, Stephen Lang, Chris Mulkey and Essam Ferris.
Since then he appeared in Timothy Woodward Jr. newest western The Outsider alongside Trace Adkins, Sean Patrick Flanery and Jon Foo.
He also portrayed Shadowheart in the NBC show Sunnyside and just wrapped the Fantasy Feature The Whip as well as the short thriller Torrentiat; both to be released in 2021.
