Helena Canhoto is an actress, filmmaker, and intimacy coordinator with a master's degree in Theatre.
With a considerable on-screen career, she has appeared in numerous films and TV series, earning three Best Actress awards for her performances. She has also served as a jury member at a few festivals. In theatre, she has brought her creativity to the stage as a writer, director, and performer, most recently in Quelque Chose Survivra with Imago Theatre.
Based in Portugal and Canada, she recenty participated in TV series such as Dumas and Plan B and the feature filme Vindima, by Luis Galvao Teles.
