Ivona Baković Actress
Ivona Baković (b. 1999, Split) is a professional actress from Bosnia and Herzegovina, currently based in Munich. A graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo (2021), she has performed at the Sarajevo National Theatre, Sarajevo Youth Theatre, and Sarajevo War Theatre.
Her recent and upcoming screen work includes the fourth season of the acclaimed Serbian series Civil Servant (2026) and the short film Danas (dir. Bjanka Pašić, 2026).
In theater, Ivona has collaborated with Christiane Mudra and the investigative theater team on Xploit:s (2024) and freiheit.exe, premiering on November 22, 2025, at WhiteBOX, Werksviertel, Munich - both performed in German. She also performs in English with the Munich-based improvisational theater group Bake This.
Fluent in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, English, and German, Ivona speaks English at an almost native level and can adopt a strong Eastern European accent when required. She also writes poetry and works as an acting educator for children in Munich. Ivona holds EU citizenship (Croatia).
