Miriam Kaerma Actress

Miriam Kaerma is an actress who embodies sweetness that can sting if not handled right—blending charm with an edge, creating characters that mix vulnerability and power to captivate audiences.

Her stage work includes a lead role in Matilda with Cloud Theatre, which toured across Europe and Asia, and a lead as Daisy May in Hollywood Afloat: 1930s—a musical period comedy featuring music composed, orchestrated, and conducted by Terry Trower, with book and lyrics by Susan Gregory. In the role, Miriam portrays a quick-witted stewardess navigating ambition, illusion, and self-expression aboard a glamorous shipping line. Her repertoire also includes supporting roles, such as Jane Fairfax in EMMA (Windsor Theatre Guild).

Dedicated to using her creative talent for good, Miriam premiered an original piano composition—a world premiere—during an Afternoon Variety Performance at Eton Parish Church, helping raise over £1,500 for the British Red Cross DEC Ukraine Appeal.

She also headlines the musical short “Another Day of Sun” as a singer, in a global La La Land reimagining directed by Marc Sokolson. Featuring over 130 artists across four continents, the project raised funds for the WHO COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund.

After a strong foundation in theatre, Miriam has transitioned into screen, with featured supporting background roles in major productions such as Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part 1 and Bridgerton (Season 2).

She also stars in an episode of “Loud Voices, Silent Streets” (dir. Luna Rose), a self-filmed monologue series exploring raw human truths. Her episode, centred on authenticity, showcases her emotional nuance in stripped-back, intimate storytelling.

Trained in Spiritual Psychology of Acting with John Osborne Hughes, Miriam expands her range through stage combat, latin ballroom, horseback riding, and American accent training. Fluent in English and Estonian, she brings an international presence to screen and stage.
